Tarsier Cookie Jar

Hand Sculpted in a seated position while clinging to a stalk of bamboo, this delightful little critter is found in the tropical jungles of Southeast Asia. Featuring distinctive hands and feet, ears, pointy nose, and a long tail curled around the base and bamboo. The large round cabochon- shaped eyes appear to glow. The head functions as the lid. Earthenware clay with Food Safe glaze. Each jar is signed on the bottom. Available in three colors.

Doug creates the most wonderful whimsical pieces. They make me smile every time I look at them – I don’t even need cookies inside – the jar itself brings me joy.
